When I press the Check for updates button in Plugin installation toolbox to install the latest version of all plugin tools, following error message appears: "Unable to download plugin. Could not create local file."
Answer:
Depending on the write privileges set by your system administrator, downloading and installing new plugins might require administrator privileges. You will need to contact your local IT manager who can log in as administrator and download new plugin tools for you.
